The Lego Marvel Superheroes The Avengers Captain America figure is a 44 piece set that builds a model of the superhero Captain America. Some people will argue that this is far from a great model of Captain America because it seems as if many parts of his body are missing. But you have to keep in mind that these are Lego pieces so they have to be constructed in a certain manner in order for them to move around. Looking at the back of the model reveals all of the ball joints which looks terrible especially from a model perspective. Captain America is instantly recognizable with his red and white shield and blue costume. The ball and socket construction can be seen from behind the model which is a bit unsightly but it allows for better articulation and poseability. This is much more an action toy than a construction toy even though it is brought to you by the folks over at Lego. This is a great set for fans of Captain America and The Avengers.
